Highly experienced and long established, we are located in the centre of Liskeard next to Liskeard’s Co-op and 250 space car park and have been in business here since 1989.  We aim to provide;

 

 

Welcome to the Well Being Centre, Liskeard, for CHIROPODY, Podiatry, Back & Neck Pain and most aspects of Complementary, Holistic and Alternative Health Care.

Wherever you live in East Cornwall or South Devon we are easy to find next to the Co-operative in Westbourne car park in Liskeard town centre.  Our catchment area covers not only Liskeard and surrounding areas, but also Callington, Launceston, Saltash, Bodmin, Looe, Polperro and even St Austell and Plymouth.

 

We are open to help you 6 days a week including Saturday and are fully DDA compliant (Disability Discrimination Act) as a result of a complete premise rebuild in 2006.  Reception is open 9am to 5pm six days a week but treatments are available outside of those hours by prior appointment.

 

Wheelchairs are NO PROBLEM as we have direct ground floor wheelchair access being just 10 yards from a 250 space car park & its disabled parking bays.  We also have disabled access to all treatment rooms and disabled WC.

 

Our Chiropody-Podiatry Dept (All HPC registered) headed by centre owner Teresa Teasdale MSSCh MBChA HPC registered, provides surgery based foot care treatments and home visits for most problems with your feet including

In-growing nails, Corn & Callous removal, Thick nail reduction, Fungal nail
Cryosurgery, Orthotics, Insoles, Bio-mechanics, Nail removal surgery & Verrucas
  ALSO Toenail cutting only (in surgery) at specially reduced rate.

 

If you are a practitioner yourself and want your own part time practice with us in Liskeard, we provide easy in easy out treatment room rental by the day complete with full time receptionist 6 days a week, for the price of about one hours treatment and we give free practice development help to all practitioners if they want it.

We can provide you with Gift Vouchers from £5 upwards which can be for a specific treatment or OPEN so your loved one can choose which treatment or practitioner they prefer when they book.

 

In addition we can arrange to demonstrate the use of our stair lift and arrange for a no obligation quote for one to be fitted in your home if you require.  You receive a free treatment up to £40 if you order your stair lift through us.

 

In a nut shell we are probably the Southwest’s largest and longest established private complementary healthcare centre, largely because the centre owners since 1989, chiropodist Teresa Teasdale and her business consultant husband Geoff ensure the entire centre and all its staff work on a ‘patient first’ philosophy and constantly strive to exceed your expectations.
